Cantrell Hills Progress

About 1:00PM

Here are some photos I took today. They are starting the block wall on the west side of the drainage hole next to Clear Creek Road. In the photo, the worker is working of the 7th or 8th block of the first row of the wall.

Later: About 3:30 PM

They are laying two rows. Almost at the end.

Looks like they finished up around the drain pipe.

The next six pictures are panoramic starting at about northwest and panning to southeast.

They are digging back where the farm house was.

About 6 PM

They have completed three courses of block. Between the second and third course, they put in a webbing that goes back 20 feet and is covered with dirt. Also behind the block and inside the block is crushed rock. Drainage pipes run through the back of the block and through to the front of the block.

Additional stones were place at the outlet.

Next day: About 9:15 AM I took these pictures. They have gone up to the seventh level of block. They buried one layer of mesh and are waiting on dirt to bury the second layer of mesh. Then you can see the third layer of mesh on top of the seventh row of block.

They are continuing to work on the far end.

About 3PM
