Tropical Storm Helene

This video of a fly over of our area. The flooded area's level has gone down about one foot at the time of the fly over.

I did some screen shots of the video. As the video starts, you can see our village in the lower left corner.

There were four mobile homes on Balfour Drive. One of them floated away and came to a rest across the road and next to a power pole.

There was a crane sitting next to Clear Creek Road and Mud Creek. It looks as if the cabin was flooded.

There were three single family homes and two duplexes that were built just beyond Mud Creek within the last 3-4 years. The single family homes were flooded to the attic.

Looking west you can see Cumberland Village and two of the mobile homes.

Further down is the third mobile home. There were four, but the fourth one was destroyed in place. There was nothing but the frame and wheels left.

Three men lost their lives in the third mobile home.

The flood almost reached the offices of the waste water treatment plant.

Coming back east Cumberland Village on the left.

This is where Clear Creek Road is.
